Develop new clients through cold calling, emails, walk-ins, and other sales channels Identify client needs related to office environment and management issues, and provide appropriate solution-based sales Explain technical and specialized aspects of environmental products to clients Maintain good relationships with existing clients through regular visits Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations Monitor and control customer payments Collaborate with customer support team to provide service proposals and product explanations when needed Prepare sales reports and report directly to Sales Manager / Japanese Management Job Requirements
