Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Setia Budi. The Salesperson will be responsible for proactively building and managing a client portfolio, identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue generation. Daily responsibilities include providing product guidance, analyzing market trends, making sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the team's marketing efforts to expand client engagement and brand awareness while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clients Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation Knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, and investment tools Analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management Proficiency in sales tools and software is advantageous Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the financial industry or futures trading is a plus
