Position Summary
· Responsible for achieving short term and long term business goals for embecta product portfolio.
· Manage different channels on hospitals, retails, B2B by using different product portfolio to maximize business profit.
· Collaborate with distributors to ensure the alignment on business goals and strategic direction.
· To drive business growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver financial objectives.
· Responsible for market assessment and analysis to determine market potential, size and growth for embecta products.
· Conduct ongoing marketing plan and programs to support business success.
· Responsible for KOL engagement program.
· Determine pricing strategies to achieve standard gross profit objectives.
· Develop the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range strategic marketing plan that is aligned with embecta South East Asia strategy.
· Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the strong support on SCM, FIN, RA/Medical, GA.
· Coach the team and develop talents.
· Execute the duties of a Chief Representative of our Indonesia Representative Office.

Qualifications
Degree in Science or equivalent, MBA is a plus
Minimum 8 years sales and marketing managerial experience in Medical Device Business or related industry (Pharmaceutical).
Has had experience of managing a portfolio of products at a National level.
Should have handled large National distributors.
Candidate has working experience in Diabetes Management categories and/or insulin/BGM company preferred
Have a strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing.
Has had experience in creating and executing growth plans.
Understands the Indonesia diabetes care market.
Possess a hungry mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong business acumen and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel.
