Job Description
You will be responsible for Supporting the Successful Implementation of the TenderBoard eProcurement System for new customers. This role is expected to be "default remote" (Work-From-Home). Here is the overview of the key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
Provide support to Project Manager:
Compile requirements relating to integration with external systems
System Testing, Training and Launch:
Work with the Integration Engineering team to deliver the integration for the customer, Perform System Integration Testing and support user integration testing, Provide training on the integration-related portions to the relevant parties
Internal documentation:
Prepare internal documentation for documenting the changes to the system, Prepare internal documentation to handover the customer support operations team
Qualifications
Prior experience working with ERP systems
Fluent in API testing
Desired Qualities
Computer Science or related background
Detail-oriented
Process-driven
2 years of experience
Would be useful to have understanding of Enterprise Software Systems/Finance Systems/Procurement Systems
