Field Based Marketing Associate (FBMA) Specialist, Marketing Oncology main responsible are to make **PLAN, EXECUTE and MONITORING** all activity of:* Develop deep understanding of the oncology landscape and the specific needs of healthcare professionals using our product.* Provide information and updates about Oncology Product to healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about the product’s benefits, usage, and clinical data.* Collect feedback from healthcare providers to help inform marketing strategies and product development.* Support field sales teams by providing them with the latest marketing materials and insights about market needs.* Organize a local medical education events, seminars, and presentations to educate stakeholders and enhance product visibility.* Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management/ Pharmacist or Medical related* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or minimum 1 year as product executive, preferably having experience in pharmaceutical industry* Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)* Advance on ethical product* Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities* Excellent project management skills* Attention to detail* Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue* Undergoes on-going media training to maintain skills* Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phrase* Strategic Marketing* Brand Management* New Product Planning* Inventory and Supply Chain Knowledge* Communication Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
