About the Role We are a creative marketing agency seeking a

Mid–Senior CGI / 3D Generalist

to join our in‑house team in Bali. This is a

full‑time, onsite role

focused on producing high‑quality

CGI visuals and animations for commercial advertising, social media, and digital campaigns.

You will work across multiple brands and projects, delivering visually compelling CGI content from concept through to final output.

Key Responsibilities

Create commercial‑grade CGI visuals and animations

Model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets

Produce cinematic product and brand animations

Handle simulations such as cloth, smoke, fluids, and particles when required

Composite CGI with live‑action or 2D elements

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an agency environment

Required Skills & Experience Technical & Creative Skills

Strong experience as a

3D Generalist

producing CGI content

Proficiency in one or more:

Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max

Experience with

Substance Painter/Designer

or similar texturing tools

Strong understanding of

lighting, composition, color theory, and cinematography

Experience with modern

render engines

(Redshift, Arnold, V‑Ray, Octane, Cycles)

Compositing skills using

After Effects or DaVinci Resolve

Soft Skills

Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Good communication skills

Strong time management and attention to detail
