We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager

to lead strategic brand marketing initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable business growth. If you are a

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling content, campaigns, and promotional strategies that resonate with the target audience.

Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan (ATL & BTL) to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.

Create marketing strategies that go beyond traditional hard-selling, ensuring measurable ROI.

Build and grow brand communities (e.g., lifestyle, sports) with a focus on increasing customer loyalty and long-term value.

Lead innovative marketing initiatives.

Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring that messaging, visuals, and experiences reflect the companyโ€™s values and identity.

Develop targeted marketing strategies for new product launches, slow-moving items, and brand integrations.

Plan and execute store activations and events that convert into increased sales and directly to customer traffic.

Optimize marketing performance by measuring key metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in the lifestyle, retail, or any related industry.

Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, customer engagement, and community building.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance based on key metrics.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and managing external partnerships.

Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and implement unique marketing campaigns.

Experience in event planning, influencer marketing, and omnichannel brand activation is a plus.

Leadership experience in managing a marketing team and fostering a high-performance culture.

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
