Job Description
Organizational Development & Talent Management (Asst SPV to SPV level)
Design and evaluate organizational structure, job grading, and job descriptions.
Manage talent review processes, including HiPo identification, talent pool management, and succession planning.
Review and enhance KPI/OKR systems and integrate results into development programs.
Develop and manage the competency dictionary and competency-based assessments.
Analyze HR metrics (retention, potential, performance) and provide strategic insights to management.
Manage and optimize the HRIS, including employee attendance administration and monitoring.
Develop and harmonize HR SOPs across functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Development.
Experience in organizational structuring, competency mapping, talent review, succession planning, and HRIS & attendance management.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
