Key Responsibilities 1. Initial Phase : Assist the marketing team in producing video materials for product promotion. Help develop simple content concepts for KOLs (unboxing, reviews, testimonials, product feature highlights). Coordinate basic production requirements such as talent briefing, preparation of props, arranging shooting locations, and recording key footage. Ensure all produced content aligns with the brand’s guidelines and communication style. 2.

TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing Focus: Identify suitable KOLs/creators based on product category Conduct outreach via TikTok DM, email, WhatsApp, or agency contacts. Negotiate collaboration terms: commission rate (CPS/CPA), timeline, deliverables, and product usage requirements. Evaluate KOL quality using TikTok metrics such as ER, GMV history, live performance, audience relevance, and content category fit. Prepare complete campaign briefs: objectives, key selling points, creative angles, guidelines, and expected deliverables. Build campaign timelines and ensure all KOL content and livestream activities follow the schedule. Select relevant products for each KOL and provide detailed selling points tailored to their audience. Coordinate sample product shipments and ensure KOLs receive the products on time. 3.

Growth Opportunities : Plan and organize offline KOL events such as: Product trial or testing events KOL gathering or community activation Hands-on workshops New product launch events Handle event logistics: venue, invitations, equipment preparation, run-down management, and documentation. Assist in shooting recap videos and event-based content. Engage directly with creators to strengthen brand relationships.

Requirements Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate mechanics and creator monetization systems. Ability to interpret TikTok analytics: GMV, CR, CTR, ER, viewer drop-off, etc. Solid negotiation skills to secure high-performing KOLs at cost-efficient rates. Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Creative Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Dashboard, Google Sheets, Lark, and similar platforms. Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently. Strong communication skills, especially in relationship-building with KOLs. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL BD, TikTok Affiliate operations, influencer marketing, or similar roles. Experience in managing livestream commerce is a strong advantage. Understanding of product marketing and creator ecosystem trends, especially on TikTok. Fluent in English (written and verbal)
