FINANCE EXECUTIVE - ID OFFICE

You’ll be part of the finance team that keeps the business running smoothly—making sure numbers are accurate, deadlines are met, and insights are clear. Core Responsibilities

Manage timely and accurate

month-end closing

and financial reporting for Management Prepare and close

monthly & annual financial statements Handle daily accounting operations including

AP, AR, GL, and account reconciliations Coordinate with internal teams for

intercompany transactions Support

budgeting and forecasting

activities in line with corporate guidelines Liaise with

external auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretaries , and government authorities when required Ensure full compliance with

statutory and internal requirements , including tax filings (GST, WHT, CIT, etc.) and audits Assist in

process improvements, system upgrades, and new finance initiatives What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

accounting, Finance, or related fields Fresh graduates are welcome— we love motivated learners 0–2+ years of finance experience (experience in F&B or retail is a plus!) Strong

financial analysis and problem‑solving skills Good communication skills in

written and spoken English Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure Proficient in

Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Able to work
