To ensure the high level of Guest satisfaction is obtained through excellence Guest Experience in our venue. To develop, lead and deliver growth, cost efficiency and sustainable profitability in accordance with our target, management direction, and financial strategy. To be responsible for all venue administration, receiving goods process, managing the stock inventory and ensuring availability of souvenirs and attractive display in our souvenir shop and in vending games To manage the team and daily activity, to supervise and to coach the team in areas of daily workflow and work performance. To identify and develop the talents within the venue to secure succession planning. To ensure that all SOPs well implemented in the venue. REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must hold minimum diploma degree from any field, preferably from industrial or management major. Proven successful experience minimum 5 years as
