Role Overview: Provide live chat support to customers from Europe and the US, addressing travel-related questions. Manage and process reservations, including flights and hotel bookings. Efficiently handle booking changes and cancellations. Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

What You Need: Proficiency in English (B2 level above) both written and spoken. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in the travel industry or a email/live chat setting. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, especially night shifts to align with European and US time zones. Availability to work 5 days per week. Located in or willing to move to Jakarta.
