Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the company's online retail presence, develop and execute e-commerce strategies, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance online sales performance. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing online platforms, and ensuring product visibility to achieve business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize e-commerce performance

Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies to drive online revenue growth

Experience in Marketing to improve traffic, engagement, and brand awareness

Leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams

Keen understanding of the local market and customer behaviors in Indonesia

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is an added advantage
