This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations professional located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for customer concerns, resolve issues in a timely manner, and contribute to customer-focused improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to effectively address client concerns and ensure quality interactions
Strong expertise in Customer Retention and building strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients
Ability to consistently ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with diverse clients and team members
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
