Job Description As a Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

Providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise budget planning and forecasting.

Monitoring and reporting on financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Developing and presenting financial models to aid in project evaluations and investments.

Identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Supporting the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders.

Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Controller should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of financial systems and data analysis tools.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
