About the role We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong focus on agency recruitment and sales to join our dynamic team. As a Area Sales Manager you will be working with the IPS Retail.

Job Responsibilities

Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationship with clients

Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel

Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

Prepare weekly and monthly report

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous

Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for the senior manager role.

Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team

Strong networking in the agency business

Proficiency in English & Indonesian language.
