Job Purpose To lead and oversee the development and implementation of a strong security strategy and solutions for existing and future data centers in Jakarta. This role focuses on minimizing security risks, protecting company and customer assets (including information and data), and ensuring the safety of personnel, customers, and visitors. The role is initially responsible for the OTT Data Center in Jakarta, with potential expansion to other sites as the business grows. Experience managing security across multiple locations is required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures for data center facilities. Prevent and mitigate security risks to protect personnel, network infrastructure, physical assets, and critical data. Monitor and improve physical and operational security measures, including access control, CCTV systems, and visitor management. Lead security risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure all sites meet security standards. Respond to security incidents, investigate issues, and coordinate effective incident management actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, facilities, IT, vendors) to align security with broader data center goals. Provide clear security guidelines, reporting, and communication with management and stakeholders. Supervise and manage security personnel or third-party security service providers as needed.
