Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and continuously improve the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
Design and manage customer lifecycle (CRM cycle) strategies to maintain and nurture customer relationships
Maintain customer engagement through targeted CRM initiatives, personalized communication, and relevant content
Plan and execute CRM programs to increase customer retention and loyalty
Activate and manage customer groups or communities as part of CRM programs (e.g., WhatsApp groups, Telegram, or other platforms)
Drive engagement within customer groups by running CRM activities, campaigns, and exclusive programs
Analyze CRM performance, customer engagement, and program effectiveness to generate insights
Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM programs with business and marketing objectives
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, or Customer Experience roles
Experience in developing and managing CRM databases and customer lifecycle programs
Strong understanding of customer retention, engagement strategies, and CRM best practices
Experience managing customer communities or engagement groups is a plus
Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience running customer engagement programs or loyalty initiatives
Experience handling community-based CRM activities
