Quality Specialist

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in chemical or industrial engineering, Management, or Business Administration. 03-05 years of experience in the Textile/garment manufacturing environment. Excellent English communication skills. Good negotiation skills & leadership skills. Must be a superior score result on the Munsell Test. Understand and be familiar with the color assessment. Understand the quality parameters of products & processes. Understanding of the overall business, excellent analytical data, problem-solving & convincing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Proficient in Color Management Systems, ensuring standards remain accurate and up to date. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service. Develop and assess team members’ skills in color evaluation. Collaborate across departments to guarantee quality and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all orders meet customer color and quality requirements. Manage and secure lab dip and bulk color approvals. Oversee daily color submission schedules and provide timely status updates. Lead and guide the Color Lab team effectively. Maintain internal databases for color analysis using MS Office and ERP systems. Adhere to company compliance standards (Lean, ISO, GRS, etc.)
