Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Preschool Teacher at Sekolah Bangun Insan Mandiri, located in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. Additional duties include collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, mentoring and guiding students, and participating in school programs and activities to foster a positive learning environment. Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education Proficiency in Teaching and Training methods Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability, patience, and a passion for working with students Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent certification) Prior experience in teaching or education is an advantage
