Supervisor KOL & Affiliate

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor KOL & Affiliate based in Bandung. The Supervisor KOL & Affiliate will manage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates, coordinate marketing campaigns, and track performance metrics of our 50+ clients. Responsibilities also include developing strategic collaborations, handling affiliate marketing strategies, and ensuring client goals are met effectively within set deadlines. Qualifications Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), affiliate relationships, and partnerships Skills in digital marketing, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and reporting Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership capabilities Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking to enhance collaborations and campaigns Keen understanding of Multi-Channel Network (MCN) and influencer marketing Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Available to join immediately without notice
