Requirements

Monitor requests from the field technicians and assist with tasks such as activating G.hn endpoints, switch ports, adjusting throttle and other troubleshooting assistance

Dispatch/route optimization for NY, PA, CT, and NJ areas in the US

Audit completed installs to ensure proper information has been captured

Ensuring technicians close out their jobs and help them make changes to the calendar

Contact customers via phone, text or email for scheduling purposes

Weekly announcement to technician/installation team with previous weeks audit results

Assist with all requests from the Director of Installation Services to help manage the daily operations
