We are looking for a talented

Graphic Designer

to lead our visual storytelling across multiple platforms and touchpoints. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping Edukita’s brand identity and creative direction. You will collaborate closely with our co-founders and cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative concepts and deliver compelling visual content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business growth. Key Responsibilities

Craft compelling visual assets across multiple touchpoints, including social media content, digital advertising, and offline marketing materials. Translate brand strategy and creative direction into high-quality visual outputs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time. Develop creative concepts and present design ideas clearly to internal stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high production standards. Partner closely with the Content Manager to ensure timely and brand-aligned content publishing. Contribute to ongoing improvements in our social media operations and workflows. Requirements

Minimum

3–4 years of experience

in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, supported by a

strong portfolio . Proficient in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , and other design tools. Video editing skills are a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail and strong quality standards. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
