Logistics
Junior Officer
, you will focus on vendor performance management, logistics data analysis, and operational execution to improve delivery speed, reduce complaints, and strengthen customer satisfaction. You will work closely with courier partners, warehouse teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure daily operations run effectively while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Do
Analyze large volumes of logistics and delivery data to evaluate courier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead regular performance review meetings with logistics providers, sellers, and internal teams to improve SLA achievement and customer delivery experience.
Coordinate transportation requirements and logistics provider scheduling to optimize warehouse and line haul operations.
Develop dashboards and operational reports to monitor order performance and drive data-based decisions.
Escalate operational risks, negotiate solutions with courier partners, and collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Commercial, CS, and Product teams.
Monitor vendor capacity (volume & coverage area) and recommend strategies to optimize allocation.
Investigate root causes of delivery issues affecting large customer volumes and drive corrective actions.
Contribute to new business strategies, process improvements, and system enhancements (including Kaizen initiatives).
Ensure adherence to SOP, SLA, and KPI standards, escalating deviations to management when necessary.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
1-3 Years of working experience (Experience in courier, logistics, or vendor management industry is highly preferred).
Strong understanding of logistics operations and courier performance metrics.
Proven ability to manage vendor communication and performance review processes.
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
Good communication and negotiation skills when engaging with partners and internal stakeholders.
Able to handle both operational-level coordination and business-level performance discussions (level dependent).
