Business Development– Supply Chain(Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a

Mandarin-speaking Business Development Manager

to drive business growth in the express and logistics sector. This role will focus on expanding supply chain solutions for

Chinese-speaking clients, cross-border e-commerce, and regional supply chain projects , while working closely with internal and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute business development strategies in the express and logistics sector, with a focus on

market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships . Identify and develop new business opportunities in

cross-border e-commerce logistics, and supply chain solutions , particularly for

Chinese-speaking or China-related clients . Engage with clients to understand their logistics needs and design

tailor-made solutions , leveraging internal operations, products, and network resources. Build, manage, and grow a high-performing business development team, ensuring clear targets and KPI achievement. Work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to deliver and continuously improve

client-oriented logistics solutions . Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic insights to management. Represent the company in

key client meetings, commercial negotiations, and strategic discussions , including with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Prepare regular business reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for leadership review. Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. Industry Experience:

Minimum

5 years of business development or sales experience

in the express or logistics industry. Leadership:

Proven experience in driving business growth and managing teams or key accounts. Language Skills: Mandarin Chinese – Fluent (required) English – Proficient , able to communicate and negotiate in an international business environment Communication & Mindset:

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset. Mobility:

Willingness to travel or relocate based on business needs, including potential international exposure.
