Job Description
Manage Training Needs Analysis and Develop Annual Training Plans.
Organize, coordinate, and monitor internal and external training programs.
Develop and update training materials.
Manage talent development programs and career progression initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular reports.
Work closely with various departments to support competency development.
Provide basic coaching to employees and supervisors when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 2โ3 years of experience in Learning & Development or People Development.
Strong understanding of TNA, LMS, training management, and performance systems.
Confident, communicative, and comfortable facilitating training sessions.
Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
Willing to travel to store locations as needed.
Willing to be placed Learning Center Mitra 10 - Bitung, Kab. Tangerang (Search by G-Maps: Mitra 10 DC Cikupa).
