Head Chef Requirements

Minimum 1 year as Head Chef or Kitchen Leader in a 3-star hotel

Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts / Hospitality / Tourism Management

Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Strong leadership, problem solver, creative, hands‑on, people‑oriented, excellent communication

Capable of handling high-volume operations, large banquets, and peak seasons

Advanced cost control, menu engineering, innovation in local & international cuisine.
