Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned area
Manage and execute daily sales activities through distributors and wholesalers
Develop and implement effective sell-in and sell-out strategies at area level
Expand outlet coverage and drive New Outlet Opening (NOO)
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, pricing, and visibility compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key outlets
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and order volumes with distributors and wholesalers
Monitor distributor stock, sell-out, and order repetition
Coach and guide field sales teams to improve execution quality
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales or distribution roles
Strong network and existing database of wholesalers and distributors
Proven experience in pricing negotiation and order take-up
Strong understanding of General Trade and distributor-based sales
Preferably from cigarette industry or large FMCG companies
Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area
