Legal Senior Associate

The Legal Associate will play a critical role in protecting the company’s legal framework and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will support the Senior Legal in developing and implementing legal strategies that protect the company’s assets, enable business growth, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements (e.g but not limited to: vendor agreements, partnership agreements non-disclosure agreements, etc) to ensure alignment with company objectives, risk mitigation, and long-term business sustainability.

Legal Research & Advisory:

Support in assisting legal research on industry-specific regulations, providing legal advice, and conducting legal analysis and assessment related to existing business compliance or new business initiatives.

Business & Product Licensing:

Assist in obtaining and managing product and business licenses, ensuring compliance with government regulations, including but not limited to OSS, Kementerian Perdagangan, Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital, and etc.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

Support legal risk management by ensuring adherence to licensing requirements, reporting obligations, and company policies.

Intellectual Property (IP): Assisting in trademark, copyright and patent registrations including assisting in enforcement actions.

Administrative Legal Support:

Provide legal support for various administrative processes, ensuring smooth documentation and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university

Having a minimum of 4 years working experience combined as in-house legal in a and legal counsel at a law firm.

Exposure to business licensing processes; FMCG experience preferred.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Able to work independently while fostering cross-functional synergy.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
