PT Dharmesta Swasti Mandiri (DSM)
is a national distributor and solutions provider in the automotive and building materials industry.
We work with globally recognized brands and support major automotive manufacturers in Indonesia, including the likes of
Toyota, Suzuki, Honda, and other leading OEM players .
In addition, DSM manages an extensive dealer and partner network across Indonesia.
We are currently looking for a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand dealer & sub-distributor network
Improve selling-out performance and product rotation in the market
Monitor stock levels, promotional programs, and competitor activities
Achieve assigned area sales targets
Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Ensure accurate and timely data input in the company system (sales tracking, dealer performance, stock monitoring)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales / Aftermarket industry
Existing dealer network is a strong advantage
Strong KPI and target orientation
Disciplined in reporting and administrative responsibilities
Comfortable using sales systems / CRM tools
Proactive, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills
Willing to travel for business trips
Preferred Background:
Experience managing sales territories
Strong understanding of selling-in and selling-out concepts
