This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Manager of Partnerships and Growth.

The role involves planning and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth, coordinating with potential and existing partners, developing marketing strategies, leading sales initiatives, and overseeing projects to achieve organizational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to support business expansion and build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partnerships

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Support contract and market growth initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders

Lead and support sales and marketing initiatives

Coordinate cross-functional projects to achieve growth targets

Qualifications

Prior experience in an education agency, international education provider, or education institution is REQUIRED

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven marketing and sales capability

Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic professional environment

Prior experience in the education or migration industry is highly regarded

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
