Marketing Ast. Manager

Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Ast. Manager located in Jakarta. The Marketing Ast. Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing team, creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing marketing trends. The Marketing Ast. Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Demonstrated experience with marketing strategies, campaigns, and budget management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
