Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred.
Must have minimum 6 years experience in Business Development & Marketing (and minimum 3 years as Junior Manager) in Pharmaceutical Industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset to gather and interpret data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and selfโmotivated approach to tasks.

Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Analyze data and provide insights to support business development strategies.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for potential business opportunities, such as new partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals for new business ventures, including product licensing, distribution agreements, and strategic partnerships.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information and resources to pursue new business opportunities effectively.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans to expand the company's market share and achieve growth objectives.
Pipeline Management: Help in managing the business development pipeline, tracking progress, and updating relevant stakeholders on the status of ongoing and potential projects.
Industry Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments that may impact the company's business strategy.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and research and development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations to share progress, achievements, and challenges with the senior management team.
Professional Development: Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to pharmaceutical products, business development strategies, and industry practices.
