Travel Organize (travel plan, travel report, update travel cost - ticket & hotel)
Handling correspondence, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments
Logging or processing bills or expenses
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Procurement administration in terms of supplier registration.
Support, organize & record, make sure Monthly Business Review (MBR) are taking place at the agreed schedule pre-determined by the procurement manager and the vendors
In-charge of the proper filing and maintenance of the rates
Ensure all SOPs, forms and documents from vendor and required approval are in place in order of execution
Handling vendors from their databases to liaising with their relevant organizations
Requirements:
Minimal Diploma or Bachelor's degree from recognized university
Fresh graduate or minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
Familiar with International Freight Forwarding industry/sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
Ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations alongside excellent presentation skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with paperwork
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
