We’re looking for an

R&D Manager (Food & Beverage)

to lead end-to-end product development, drive innovation, and ensure our products stay competitive and aligned with market trends.

What you will do: Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Lead the development of new food and beverage products from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences. Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and processes to improve product quality and efficiency. Conduct competitor product analysis to generate insights that can be utilized as Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) in product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, market research, data analysts, and supply chain, to align product development with business objectives.

We are looking for you who: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00. 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within R&D, Product Development, or Laboratory functions in the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of Food & Beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, Design of Experiments (DOE), and data analysis. Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end Halal and BPOM registrations. Familiarity with quality and management systems, including 5S, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), and Kosher.
