Head of Strategic Human Capital at Indoprima Group, HR Expert The China Representative is responsible for overseeing business operations, supplier relationships, and business development within China. This role ensures smooth communication between headquarters and Chinese partners while managing procurement, logistics, compliance, and customer relations. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in China and optimizing supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, or sales within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of Chinaโ€™s automotive market and manufacturing ecosystem.

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics in China.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Background in Business Development or Sales is a plus

Fluent in Mandarin and English; (Written & Spoken) is essential (HSK 4 or 5 is a plus)

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
