QUALITY ENGINEER

Qualifications

Bachelor or diploma degree in a technical major (or related field). Preferable qualifications apply.

1–2 years of experience in Quality Engineering of mechanical/electrical field.

Proficient in the use of quality tools such as Minitab and Microsoft software.

Experienced in developing technical proposals, deliverables, and work procedures.

Fluent in

Mandarin

and

English

(both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Support technical handling in new project transfers.

Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop comprehensive timelines and schedules that outline project phases, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

Prepare calculations and work procedures in support of projects.

Assist in checking MSA, engineering drawing, machine, gauge and fixture, ensuring qualification of critical items (CI).

Develop cost, time, and resource schedules for assigned projects in line with department budgets; create and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance of job close‑out reports and non‑conformance reports; utilize Microsoft Project to plan, schedule, track, and report project activities.

Perform troubleshooting and improvement based on quality standards.

Maintain machine and parts quality (cosmetic, functional) continuously according to the quality system requirements.

Monitor and continually improve the quality performance of KPI indicators.

Follow up on the effect of quality initiatives and collect quality data before and after implementation.
