Talent & Organization Development Specialist

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organization Development.

Strong understanding of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Competency Framework, Performance Management, and Culture Transformation.

Hands‑on experience with assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Hogan, 360 feedback, etc.).

Strong analytical and reporting skills (experience with HRIS or people analytics tools is a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.

Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Willing to be placed in Deltamas Cikarang

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs (succession planning, career pathing, leadership development, etc.).

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop appropriate Learning & Development programs.

Manage the end‑to‑end talent management process (identification, assessment, monitoring, and development).

Develop and maintain a competency framework, ensuring its application in performance management and learning programs.

Lead organizational development (OD) initiatives, including organizational structure analysis, culture development, and change management.

Develop and utilize assessment tools (assessment centers, psychometric tests, 360 feedback, etc.) to support talent‑related decision‑making.

Prepare data‑driven reports and recommendations (people analytics) for management on employee and organizational development.

Collaborate across departments to ensure effective execution of development programs.
