JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

Create innovative architectural designs and spatial layouts, including facades and other key elements.

Develop concept presentations with mood boards, material palettes, and detailed documentation.

Work closely with the Senior Architect to align designs with project visions.

Client Interaction

Attend meetings with clients to gather design requirements and preferences.

Translate client visions into initial sketches, concepts, and plans.

Project Management

Manage timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for architectural projects.

Source materials and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality.

Technical Coordination

Prepare detailed architectural plans, including 3D renders and construction documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams (structural, MEP) for seamless integration.

Oversee the transfer process of design drawings to technical teams.

Construction Oversight

Ensure construction documentation is precise and complete.

Review submissions and resolve design-related queries during the construction phase.

Integrate third-party drawings into architectural plans.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful projects.

Skills:

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard software.

Strong creative sense for layouts and facade design in residential and hospitality projects.

Experience managing residential projects (100–300 m²), including concepts, 3D visuals, architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape drawings.

Ability to handle client interactions, meetings, and consultations.

Familiarity with BIM software is a plus.

Willingness to undergo design tests.
