Store Manager

Achieve store sales targets through data analysis, goal breakdown, and task follow-up.

Conduct interviews, onboarding, training, team building, and employee engagement.

Manage product inventory, safety, store display, and stock analysis.

Handle store property management and follow up on engineering maintenance.

Organize staff scheduling, daily operations, and resolve customer complaints.

Coordinate with various departments within the company.

Monitor and analyze store performance to develop improvement strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

1-3 years as a store manager working experienceor store operation management.

Strong practical experience in store management and working experience in multinational retail and other related brands are preferred.

Strong management ability, executive ability, and communication skills, able to withstand greater work intensity work pressure.

Have good expression skills, communication skills, and training skills, and havedata processing and report analysis abilities.

Proficient in computer and Office software.

College degree or above.
