CJ Foods Indonesia is rapidly expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia’s largest market. We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented B2B Key Account Manager to lead our growth within the Indonesian domestic market.
This role is dedicated to managing and securing partnerships with high-value B2B segments, including Food Manufacturing Plants (Industrial/Raw Material users), HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe), and major Indonesian Foodservice Franchise Chains. You will be a strategic partner to our clients, providing tailored food solutions that leverage CJ Food’ s global expertise and local innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management:
Lead and grow relationships with key B2B accounts (Factories, HoReCa groups, and Franchise HQs) within Indonesia to ensure alignment with sales targets and long-term partnership goals.
New Business Development (Industrial & Foodservice):
Identify and secure new business opportunities with industrial end-users (factories requiring raw materials) and expanding local/multinational F&B franchises.
Solution-Based Selling:
Collaborate with clients to understand their production processes or menu needs, proposing customized CJ products (e.g., sauces, seasonings, pre-mixes) as functional solutions.
Contracting & JBP Execution:
Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), annual contracts, and customized promotion plans to deliver revenue objectives and market share growth.
Cross-Functional Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end process of new product listings and customized developments (NPD), working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams.
Market Intelligence:
Track and analyze Indonesian market trends, competitor movements, and raw material shifts to provide actionable insights for the Indonesian business unit.
Performance Reporting:
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management, ensuring clear visibility into growth strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
At least
4–6 years
of proven B2B sales experience in the Foodservice, Industrial Food Ingredients, or FMCG industry within the
Indonesian market .
Channel Expertise:
Strong track record in managing
Industrial End-users (Factories), HoReCa, or large-scale Franchise Chains
in Indonesia.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science/Technology, or a related field.
Communication:
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers and business owners.
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in data analysis (MS Excel) and creating strategic business proposals (PowerPoint) to convert insights into sales opportunities.
Language:
Native or professional fluency in
Bahasa Indonesia
and business-level proficiency in
English
(Korean language skills are a plus).
Mindset:
A self-starter with a growth mindset, high motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
