Creative Event Manager

Established in 2022, Black Owl Indonesia is a fast-growing company from the lifestyle‑entertainment industry. With our vision and core values, we continue to create innovation in the lifestyle‑entertainment sector. Currently, Black Owl has four outlets in PIK, Kelapa Gading, Gading Serpong, and Surabaya, and will open new locations in Medan and SCBD.

Qualifications

Experience creating and adhering to a budget

Minimum five years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee event strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals.

Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale events and maintain quality across all events.

Optimize event budgets and generate revenue through strategic event activations.

Integrate events into our broader marketing strategy, collaborating with other marketing teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Partner with sales and event teams to leverage events as key platforms for engaging with customers and achieving business objectives.

Lead and mentor the event teams, providing guidance, support, and training. Ensure alignment with event strategy and equip the team with the skills and resources to succeed.

Track event performance, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
