Manufacturing Operational Excellence Engineer The Manufacturing Operational Excellence Engineer is responsible for assisting in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives to positively influence business outcomes and enhance operational excellence, working under direct supervision. The role focuses on planning and executing productivity improvements, maintaining an end-to-end perspective on enhancing efficiency throughout the value chain. The role identifies and enhances cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and collaboration with site leadership. The role assists in implementing new critical capabilities and standardized procedures, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization. The role maintains Operational Excellence methodology and evaluates organizational maturity, guiding strategic initiatives for enhanced performance.

Your Role:

Focuses on planning and executing productivity improvements, while also maintaining an end-to-end perspective on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness throughout the value chain.

Works towards identifying and enhancing cost-saving opportunities through the optimization and streamlining of processes.

Collaborates with site leadership to implement improvement plans with efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring their successful execution.

Assists in the implementation of new critical capabilities and standardized procedures, ensuring change management by providing valuable support to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Maintains the Operational Excellence methodology and utilizes relevant tools to drive efficiency within designated operational areas, fostering sustainable performance outcomes.

Undertakes comprehensive evaluations of the organization to assess its current level of Operational Excellence maturity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, thereby guiding strategic initiatives towards enhanced performance.

Ensures the seamless coordination of planning, execution, and sustainability efforts for Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.

Provides valuable support in both the implementation and maintenance phases of documenting processes and systems, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility of required information.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or related sectors.

Experience in data analysis and interpretation.

Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies.

Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Agile and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
