Key Responsibilities:
Handling and monitoring the operations of a digital platform
Reviewing and improving the operational process to achieve higher efficiency.
Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to achieve higher effectiveness.
Developing solutions for occurring issues and preventing them.
Guiding internal and external stakeholders to understand every change and update made.
Collaborating with the internal teams such as Product, Tech, and Project for smooth operations.
Handling the customer lifecycle from onboarding to end-of-service.
Ensuring customerโs expectation is met and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Handling the onboarding of training partners (beta users & etc.).
Qualifications:
Min. 1 yearsโ experience handling digital platform operations or similar roles (Experienced in Learning Platform will be good).
Good organization, management, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing)
Agile and able to multi-task.
Good critical thinking and problemโsolving skill.
Good analytical skill.
Able to work independently.
