Visual Merchandiser Design

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Communication Design

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably within the beauty industry

Solid understanding of graphic design principles

Proficient in 3D design software (SketchUp) and rendering tools (Vray/Enscape)

Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong knowledge of material specifications, production techniques, and cost estimation

Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver attractive designs that reflect the product and brand identity

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Willing to work from office (WFO) at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan area

Responsibilities

Handle VMD tasks, and support Graphic Design-related activities when required

Conceptualize and design cohesive display solutions across all visual elements (color palette, imagery, POP materials, wobblers, etc.)

Develop and update visual merchandising guidelines for offline stores

Create impactful display designs that align with overall brand strategy

Ensure proper implementation of displays, maintaining consistency with brand standards, store SOPs, and quality requirements

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, retail, design) to support design needs and on-site execution

Provide creative solutions to enhance product visibility and visual appeal in both stores and events
