Mendukung pencapaian target omzet perusahaan melalui pengelolaan project hotel yang efektif dan memastikan eksekusi project berjalan sesuai kebutuhan klien. Mengembangkan dan menambah customer hotel baru dengan melakukan pendekatan, presentasi kebutuhan project, serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak hotel. Memastikan AR hospitality terkontrol dengan melakukan koordinasi intensif terkait progress project, status billing, dan tindak lanjut terhadap potensi overdue. Berkoordinasi dengan tim operation dan internal untuk memastikan kebutuhan project hotel terpenuhi. Mengidentifikasi peluang project baru di jaringan hotel potensial.

Requirements

Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan Bisnis atau Marketing. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Sales Project di industri furniture, sanitary, interior design, building material, atau bidang sejenis. Memiliki jaringan relasi yang luas dengan hotel, properti, residensial, developer, dan sejenisnya. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik. Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri. Memiliki kemampuan presentasi produk. Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik. Bersedia bekerja mobile di lapangan. Dapat bergabung secepatnya (ASAP). Penempatan: Meruya Ilir, Jakarta Barat.
