Position: Telemarketing Specialist

(Event Invitation & Lead Coordinator) Job Description The Telemarketing Specialist will act as the

lead and coordinator

for telemarketing activities related to client events. The specialist will supervise freelance telemarketers, manage invitation workflows, maintain databases, and prepare professional reports for clients. Key responsibilities include: • Lead, coordinate, and supervise freelance telemarketers who conduct outbound calls and invitation follow-ups for client events. • Brief telemarketing freelancers on event details, target audience, call scripts, and communication guidelines. • Monitor daily telemarketing performance, call progress, RSVP status, and data accuracy. • Compile, analyze, and prepare telemarketing and invitation reports for internal use and client delivery. • Maintain and update telemarketing databases, including invitee lists, call statuses, RSVP responses, and contact details for both internal and client-owned databases. • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across spreadsheets, CRM tools, or client-provided templates. • Coordinate closely with the event, marketing, and account teams to align invitation strategy and timelines. • Act as the main point of contact for telemarketing-related updates and clarifications for clients. • Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with internal SOPs and client communication standards. ________________________ Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing coordination, call center operations, event operations, or database management. • Experience working with freelance teams or external vendors is highly desirable. • Strong data management skills; proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. • High attention to detail, especially in handling large invitee and RSVP databases. • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present data clearly and professionally to clients. • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously. • Well-organized, structured, and comfortable working with SOP-driven workflows. • Experience in event invitations, call tracking, or RSVP management is a strong plus. • Familiarity with CRM tools or invitation platforms is an advantage. • Familiar with and experienced in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to support reporting, data processing, content drafting, or workflow optimization. • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in telemarketing coordination and reporting tasks. • Willing to work flexible hours based on event schedules (if required).
