Responsibilities Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits Prepare vendor payment instructions Prepare payroll data submission, Manual Journal Entries (MJE) and iShares (DBS Shares) templates Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions Maintain and update benefits-related records and documentation Assist in the implementation and communication of new or updated benefits programs Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits-related policies and procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefit

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a benefits administration or HR shared services role Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels Proficient in using HR information systems and benefits administration software Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations
