Audy Dental has been serving patients in Indonesia for more than 16 years with 60+ branch clinics in Jabodetabeka, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Bali. Audy Dental serves more than 30.000 patients every month.

Job Descriptions

Ensure services across all clinics meet operational standards and company values through routine internal audits covering service processes, staff communication, patient handling, and SOP implementation.

Review SOPs, service guidelines, and activity records to identify service gaps.

Recommend effective corrective and preventive actions based on your findings.

Compile comprehensive and objective audit reports to drive continuous clinical improvement.

Investigate and manage patient feedback to prevent recurring issues and guarantee high patient satisfaction.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics related to healthcare service quality.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree; candidates with a healthcare background are highly preferred.

At least 1 year of proven experience as an Auditor or in Quality Improvement within a clinic or hospital setting.

Strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement principles.

Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills.

Objective, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain integrity.

Comfortable with high mobility for routine visits across multiple branch locations.

Proficient in using reporting systems and fundamental tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
