Talent Pool Intern – Support Function

The KCS Internship Program provides undergraduate students with meaningful, hands-on experience through real project assignments. The program requires a

minimum commitment of 3 months and can extend up to 12 months,

depending on the role and business needs.

This application serves as a talent pool for internship positions within the

Support Function .

Please find below the list of available positions at the moment along with their detailed job descriptions.

1. TRAVEL & EXPENSE Responsibilities: Verify reimbursement claim documents and process cash advance requests. Support audit-related data preparation in both softcopy and hardcopy formats. Reconcile internal bank transfers. Prepare monthly recap of ticket/hotel bookings and outstanding cash advance reports.

2. LEGAL Responsibilities: Support legal document administration and management, including contract review and database maintenance. Assist corporate & compliance functions regulatory documents, licensing, and legal research. Manage corporate documents (deeds, permits, vendor registration) and coordinate inter-departmental document needs. Provide legal administrative support: translation, proofreading, meeting minutes, power of attorney, and filling.

REQUIREMENTS: Active undergraduate student (final year preferred) from any relevant major. (1) Travel & Expense: Preferrable on Management or Accounting major. (2) Legal: Majoring in Law For Travel & Expense: Understanding tax regulations related to PPh 21, PPh 3, PPh Article 4 Paragraph 2, and VAT. Strong

Ms. Office

(Excel & PowerPoint required; others are a plus). Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Willing to be placed at
